The Free Press Newspaper

The Free Press is an independent, Montreal-owned, bi-monthly local newspaper distributed free in the NDG area of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Notre Damne de Grace (NDG) is a part of Montreal's Côte des Neiges-NDG borough and is located west of downtown and between the cities of Montreal West (to the west), Westmount (to the east), and Côte St. Luc and Hampstead (to the north). The paper also has Town of Hampstead and Cote Saint-Luc (CSL) sections as well as door-to-door and waiting-area distribution to the Hampstead and CSL community.

Our team of local writers, designers, editors and salespeople is diverse and experienced. It includes David Goldberg, Isaac Olson, Roger Haughey, Nancy Snipper, Marlene Eisner, Noah Sidel, Ted Sancton and David Price.

The Free Press is distributed by Canada Post to houses in NDG and Hampstead, and at drop-offs around NDG, Hampstead, Cote Saint-Luc, and the surrounding area.
